In honor of Mia



We founded a medical spa in Mia's name that opened in July of 2016 in order to give a portion of our proceeds to pediatric Sarcoma research. Sadly, we closed our doors in Oct 2021, but continue the philanthropic side of this pursuit. The part that Mia would have treasured the most.

Annual UCLA Dinner

Mia was treated by the dedicated team of professionals at UCLA for 4 years. 

After watching his daughter spend an extensive amount of time on the pediatric floor, Mia’s father, Ed Sidaros, wanted to do something to help other families stay positive during difficult times. 

He knows that it is even harder for parents and siblings who have traveled far to seek treatment and may not have any other choice than to be at the hospital.

Motivated by his immense appreciation for the nurses and doctors, his firsthand experience as a parent, and his desire to honor Mia’s memory, Ed began the Mia La Maven Annual Holiday Dinner. A day to bring joy and hope to pediatric patients, their families, and UCLA’s devoted medical staff. 


Mia La Maven No Limits Poker Tournament


In November of 2018, we teamed up with a few amazing companies to raise money for UCLA and WAGS & WALKS, a non-profit animal organization focused on helping orphaned dogs find homes. This event was so successful we plan to do it again. We were blown away at the generosity, support, and how much of a difference we can make coming together for a common cause!
